Human Rights and Labor Policy

We uphold the following as fundamental rights in employment and endeavor to foster a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship with our employees.

  1. Respect for Labor Rights
    We respect the human rights of all employees and strive to provide appropriate working conditions. We do not discriminate against employees based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or union membership status, and we offer equal opportunities to all.
  2. Ensuring Health and Safety
    We take appropriate labor safety and health measures to ensure that all employees can work in a safe and healthy workplace. We also prioritize employee health management by conducting regular health check-ups and providing support for mental well-being.
  3. Proper Regulation of Working Hours and Wages
    We strive to establish appropriate working hours to ensure that employees are not subjected to excessive workloads. Additionally, we provide fair wages to employees and work towards implementing welfare systems that improve working conditions.
  4. Prohibition of Child Labor and Forced Labor
    We strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor. We make efforts to uphold this principle throughout our entire supply chain.
  5. Freedom of Association
    In accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities, we respect the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
